The team currently includes our founder Amarpreet Sethi who is an expert in Energy Design and Planning, Energy Code, Policy, Certifications and Building Performance. Our goal is to strategically grow our team.
Amarpreet is an architect and energy and climate specialist grounded in an engineering design discipline. Her career has taken her from sustainable design, energy management into energy and sustainability technical leadership, strategy and change agency through education. Over the last 18 years Amarpreet has worked with architects, engineers, and owners to promote energy efficient solutions to meet and future proof for net zero goals. She has worked on multiple award-winning projects with partners like Google, (Kirkland office), General Services Administration (GSA), City of Portland, UCI medical center Irvine to name a few. Amarpreet sits on AIA Seattle Board of Directors and is a published author in technical and design journals and international presenter.
